The sessions will develop participant’s physical literacy skills; running, throwing, catching, jumping, striking etc. through a range of fun skill based activities and games.
The benefits of taking part in physical activity are improved self-confidence and self-esteem, reduced stress, weight control, improved muscular strength and endurance, stimulated bone growth and density, as well as the social benefits associated with attending a club with their peers.
The sessions will take place indoors and all sports equipment will be supplied. Participants only need to bring a water bottle and wear sports clothing. The sessions will be led by a qualified community sports coach.
When: Friday 22nd February, until Friday 29th March (No session running on Friday 15th February)
Where: Windmill Community Campus, Kirkcaldy

Cost: £6.00 block payment to be paid at first session
