Active Schools will always give you the opportunity to learn new skills, gain experience and recognised qualifications through our training and support.

There are lots of reasons to volunteer in Fife – For us, volunteers make sport happen and they help create the next generation of Fife’s sporting stars. Quite simply, without people like you, sport would not function.
There are some perks to being an Active Schools Volunteer:

•Nominations to Local, Regional and National awarding bodies such as Saltire Scotland, Volunteer Scotland, Local Sports Council’s and SportScotland.
Saltire Award is the Scottish Governments National Youth Volunteer Awards. They celebrate, recognise and reward the commitment, contribution and achievements of young volunteers in Scotland aged between 12 and 25.
There are 4 milestones to the awards designed to help you celebrate your volunteering. The Challenge; The Ascent; The Approach and The Summit.
